Summer Camp is Week 1 - June16-22
Please obtain a BSA Medical Form and make sure that you schedule a physical before Summer Camp (June 16-22, 2013). Merit Badge Surveys, Pre-Camp Order forms, COPIES of completed Medical Forms, and Liability Forms are due by May 20..
NOTE:Scouts and Adult Leaders: If you cannot schedule a physical exam by May 20, please schedule an exam ASAP and bring the forms to summer camp, to avoid any last minute problems with check-in.
